1. Services Offered

Nexon Cargo Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and storage solutions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate details when booking our services.
• Bookings will be confirmed only after payment of the agreed advance amount.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are determined based on the type of service, distance, volume, and other factors.
• Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen requirements or delays caused by the customer.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Customer Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all goods are appropriately declared and listed during the booking process.
  • Inform us of any fragile, high-value, or hazardous items.
• Our Responsibilities:
  • We strive to handle goods with care; however, liability for loss or damage will be limited as per our insurance policy.
  • Nexon Cargo Packers and Movers is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed for transportation:

• Explosives, flammable materials, or hazardous substances.
• Illegal goods or contraband.
• Perishables without prior notice and special arrangements.

6. Insurance

Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for valuable items. Nexon Cargo Packers and Movers can facilitate insurance coverage upon request, but the responsibility for claiming insurance rests with the customer.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date.

8. Damage or Loss

• Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Claims will be addressed based on the value declared at the time of booking and insurance coverage (if applicable).

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage amicable resolution. If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.

10. Changes to Terms

Nexon Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
